Inoculum: mycelial pellets from liquid culture (glucose/peptone/yeast extract, pH 6, 14 days, 27 °C, 150 rpm), homogenised and mixed with the sterile substrates; 75 % distilled water added (basis not specified). Incubation at 20 ± 2 °C, 70 ± 5 % RH, dark. Mass loss = final moisture content of the group (given per substrate group only). Recipe in grams see Table 1 of the paper; shares here calculated from it. λ of the hemp group according to the text 40–41 mW/(m·K) (single values only in Fig. 6).
